The ground floor, which accounts for approximately 60% of the total space, houses the six CO.WORKING.SPACES, featuring a kitchenette and a shared reception and lounge area. The upper floor space is used by ap88 and currently accommodates four employees. The adjacent break and meeting area on the upper floor can also be used by all Co.Workers, thus bringing community to life across both floors.

Whether you're a freelancer, solo entrepreneur, employee, or business unit: active, creative, and productive for any team size in the CO.WORKING.SPACES by ap88. Of course, free Wi-Fi access is included.

Both spaces are connected by a two-story gallery featuring appealing architectural photographs, which contribute to an inspiring and inviting atmosphere: for your satisfied and productive work (and collaboration).
    ARCHITECTURE
    Our 6 CO.WORKING.SPACES and work spaces are part of a quarter completed in the late 1990s, the design concept of which was based on the integrative character of the entire complex. This is characterized by social housing, student accommodation, a neighborhood square, and community facilities designed to promote coexistence between different generations and population groups. In terms of urban planning, this interplay was complemented by various north-south and east-west footpath connections that lead through the district and into the adjacent old town. The area of ​​our CO.WORKING.SPACES was also previously used as a common area for students. Today we would like to continue this integrative spirit – with you as a new Co.Worker in our community.
