When do you ever have a room full of people with experience and contacts from a wide variety of fields in front of you? And why shouldn’t you use this potential to advance yourself? In addition, a coworking space should also be a central point for non-tenants for knowledge transfer, workshops and lectures, or simply for spending a great evening away from developing business plans.
What do we want to achieve?
Quite simply: We want to build a large, central office community for young companies and start-ups, where every euro of rental costs is considered an investment in their own skills and their own company. In our vision there are no conventional rental costs.
An investment instead of rental costs?
Yes, right, but don't be afraid. Our pricing model is very simple and has nothing to do with any investment in your company. Since we rent out more than just one space, you are not paying for rent, but for a complete package of services.

Where and when?
The coworking space will be located at Köneritzstraße 25 (Bahnhof Mitte) and will have an area of ​​300 sqm. The official launch is July 1, 2015. However, by individual agreement, you can move in earlier.
How can I rent and how much will it cost?
If you want to stay up to date, join our Facebook group (this is the only way to get all our news). If you want to go a step further, register for a spot in the space on our website without obligation or contact us directly (website goes live at the end of the week). Whether you need a flexdesk, fixeddesk, or teamdesk, we have the right plan for you. Of course, the space is limited, so the motto is "first come, first served," although we will always try to maintain industry diversity. The exchange of experiences and skills from different industries helps to achieve the “think outside the box” effect.
