    Kann ich sehr empfehlen!

    Coworking im besten Sinne: Drei Schreibtische, entspannte Atmosphäre, gute Gespräche möglich aber kein Muss. Volker macht das mit der richtigen Einstellung – man kann entspannt arbeiten, ist aber nicht in der Isolation. Ich war ca. zwei Jahren lang regelmäßig bei ihm zu Gast und kann ihn nur sehr empfehlen!

    Mein Monat in Weimar

    Volker hat mich herzlich aufgenommen, ich bekam einen Schlüssel und konnte jeden Tag zu normalen Zeiten kommen und gehen wie ich wollte. Wir haben ab und zu zusammen gegessen und gequatscht. Ich habe ein Paar interessante Dinge über energieeffiziente Sanierung im Eigenheim gelernt. Das Miteinander war sehr harmonisch, ich habe mich ein bisschen an meine WG Zeiten aus der UNI erinnert gefühlt. Ich kann jedem der einen Arbeitsplatz sucht Volker nur empfehlen. Günstig, fair und immer für ein kleines Gespräch zu begeistern.

    Kann ich nicht empfehlen

    Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, was die Handhabe der Vermietung angeht. Scheint mir ein inkompetenter Mensch auf dem Gebiet zu sein. Wusste selber nichtmal wie viel sein Arbeitsplatz kostet, hab ich dann selbst nachgeguckt. Trotz all der anfänglichen Schmeicheleien und besagtem ‚Geld ist mir nicht so wichtig‘, sieht‘s plötzlich ganz anders aus wenn‘s um faire Kulanz geht. Nach ca. 14 Tagen fiel das Wlan mehrmals die Stunde aus, daraus resultierten drei frustrierende Arbeitstage für mich. Paar Tage später wollte er sich drum kümmern aber eine Info war dann doch ‚zu lang für die kleine Tastatur‘. Schlussendlich hatte ich dann die zweite Hälfte des bezahlten Monats kein Internet, wodurch sich eine Arbeit für mich dort erübrigt hatte. Ich habe statt gefragten 40€, 20€ zurückbekommen, also weniger als eine Woche obwohl ich zwei dort nicht arbeiten konnte. Als Begründung kam, ich ‚habe ja keinen Kaffee mitgebracht‘ (der nicht 40€ kostet, und den ich nach seinen Worten benutzen durfte) und er habe mir eh schon den Studentenrabatt gegeben ( aber inklusive WLan). Ohne Wlan hätte ich 0€ dafür bezahlt. Meine Gründe sind plausibel, von ihm habe ich keinen guten zu hören bekommen. Falls es ihn gibt, hat er ihn nicht genannt. Also keine Ahnung, warum es nem Bauingenieurmenschen oder sowas nötig erscheint, unsachgemäß Studentinnen Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen und sich um Kaffee zu streiten - solidarisch ist was anderes.

    Sie erwartet 24/7 Riesenleistung zum nochmals rabbatierten Minipreis, schlägt jeden Optimierungsversuch aus und verlangt die Miete auch für Zeiträume zurück, für die sie nicht mal den Schlüssel abgegeben hat. Sehr unangenehm. Es besteht die Gefahr, dass sie tot im Office umfällt, falls sie mal eine Minute kein WLan hat. Ich wünsche der Dame trotzdem maximale Erfolge beim weiteren Schnorren! Inzwischen habe ich auch eine Ahnung davon, warum so Viele die Idee eines bedingungslosen Grundeinkommens für riskant halten.
