    tolles Ambiente

    sehr schönes Coworking Space mit guter Ausstattung. Was sehr gut ankommt, sind die kleinen abgegrenzten Office-Einheiten. Kein Großraumbüro, keine Bürofeeling, sondern super gemütlich. Angenehmes Arbeiten und fast schon wohnlich:-)

    Overall impression

    Schöne Lage, enttäuschende Umsetzung

    Zuerst das Positive:
    Das Gebäude ist architektonisch ansprechend. Die Lage ist hervorragend – mit Bushaltestelle, Bäcker und Wochenmarkt gleich um die Ecke.

    Ich hatte mich bewusst für ein Privat-Office entschieden, nicht für einen Platz im Großraumbüro. Leider war keine Privatsphäre gegeben – Gespräche aus dem Nebenraum waren deutlich hörbar. Ich habe dieses Thema mehrfach angesprochen, aber es wurde keine wirksame Lösung gefunden.
    Ein Raumwechsel wurde zwar angeboten – allerdings bestand das gleiche Problem auch in den anderen Räumen. Die Hellhörigkeit ist baulich bedingt und betrifft das gesamte Objekt.
    Ich habe selbst versucht, mit Akustikdämmung nachzubessern – leider ohne Erfolg.
    Auch beim Thema Hygiene gab es wiederholt Anlass zur Kritik. Ich habe mehrfach auf Mängel hingewiesen, ohne dass sich daran spürbar etwas änderte. Aus Rücksicht verzichte ich hier auf die Veröffentlichung von Bildern – sie würden die Aussagen aber belegen.
    Zur Kommunikation:
    Am 31.12.2024 wurde mir schriftlich mitgeteilt, wo ich den Transponder für die Türen abgeben soll – ein persönliches Gespräch dazu fand nicht statt. Sie gehen konfrontationen persönlich gern aus dem Weg.
    Nach der Rückgabe herrschte Funkstille – kein Anruf, kein Gesprächsangebot. Dabei hatte ich mehrere konkrete Lösungsvorschläge unterbreitet, um das Mietverhältnis fortzusetzen. Auch darauf erhielt ich keinerlei Rückmeldung.

    Fazit:
    Die Lage ist toll. Das Gebäude macht Eindruck. Aber wer echte Ruhe zum Arbeiten, verlässliche Reinigung und klare Kommunikation erwartet, sollte sehr genau hinschauen.
