Are you looking for more than just a sterile office desk in an anonymous coworking center?
We, HENX OG, are a video production company located in the Gries district (Lagergasse 18) and currently have three vacancies in our office.
With us, you're not just renting space – we place great value on a friendly, uncomplicated and welcoming community.
What we offer you:
Infrastructure: With us you will find everything you need for your daily work: a printer, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a terrace for your breaks and a cargo bike that you can borrow at any time.
Easy setup:
We keep it simple. No commission and only a one-month commitment.
Community: This is not just a place for work. We regularly cook and eat together - when the weather is good we sometimes barbecue on the terrace.
How ​​we work:
Our workplace is designed as an open space, which is why there is no separate meeting room. We usually have a calm atmosphere, which is ideal for focused work. The exception is the phases before major shoots, when things can get a bit livelier. Since we share the space, the office is unfortunately not suitable for people who are constantly on the phone or have daily customer contact. However, a repurposed audio recording booth is available for telephone calls or video calls.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for like-minded people from the creative or digital industry (such as editors, graphic artists, designers, copywriters) who are looking for a professional but relaxed working environment.
Costs & Models:
We want to create fair conditions and offer two options:
Flex-Desk (170 € net / month): Flexible choice of seating at our available tables (Hot Desting). You simply take your laptop with you after work. Ideal if you travel a lot.
Fix-Desk (€220 net / month): Your fixed, guaranteed desk with permanent setup. You can leave your hardware in place permanently and set yourself up properly.
