In any case, there is no workspace that is closer to the water: panoramic views of the Rhine, Mannheim Castle, and Speicher 7.
For 10 years we have been sharing our loft office in the listed shipyard hall. Top-notch renovation, 5-meter-high ceilings, old clinker walls and concrete beams, solid oak floorboards. 100 sqm of open space – a creative dream for us as communication designers. We started with three people and designed the room for six to eight people.
However, we have consciously decided to stay small. Good this way. But now there is more space than necessary – and we would be willing to share. Half and half. We are looking for subtenants who are looking for a representative and inspiring space. And the office-shared apartment suits us. There are certainly office spaces in MA and LU that cost less. But few that offer more!
