The building, which has been used as a restaurant for decades, is now being transformed into a creative center where people from a wide range of professions are invited to exchange ideas, expand networks, present work, and thus learn and benefit from each other.

Since 2003, the H2S architects office has been located on one floor.
New coworking spaces as well as meeting and seminar rooms, 'office 129 1/2', will be available starting November 1, 2011.
The 280 sqm space will house 28 furnished workstations with Wi-Fi access and a telephone flat rate, as well as the associated facilities such as a tea kitchen, meeting islands, and a terrace, which can be rented weekly, monthly, or for longer periods as needed.
Office 129 1/2 is primarily aimed at freelancers, start-ups, smaller companies, individual employees or departments of larger companies who need fixed or flexible office space to work, think or create.
The possibility of renting one or, if necessary, several workstations also represents an alternative for young entrepreneurs, but also for 'one-man companies' who no longer want to work alone in a lonely home office or in cafes.
From a professional perspective, everyone can benefit from the synergies that arise when highly qualified and talented individuals work together in one place, each individually, but together, whether through the exchange of ideas, the establishment of new contacts, possible joint projects, or simply the 'contagious' effect of creative work.
In the next step, the building at Heidelberger Straße 129 1/2 will be expanded in summer 2012 by an additional floor and roof terrace to create additional space for events, seminars or exhibitions.
