Find your new workplace in the westwork coworking space!
You can expect bright workspaces on the ground floor with large windows in a family-friendly environment. The price for our space is all-inclusive – you don't have to worry about superfast fiber optic internet, cleaning, or additional utility bills, because it's all included in the price.
We have 2 separate office spaces that can be rented individually:
17 sqm - 2 workstations - 500€ / month (net)
23 sqm - 3 workstations, private outside access - 750€ / month (net)
There is also a large common room with about 4 workstations. These are equipped with height-adjustable desks and super comfortable office chairs.
Per workstation: 250€
Our welcome offer: The first month costs only half. :-)
In addition to the use of the room, the following are included:
- Use of the shared kitchen
- fast fiber optic internet
- Water, heating, electricity
- Cleaning
Optionally, an underground parking space can be rented (for an additional charge of 70€ / month).

You don't feel like working anonymously at cross purposes? Then you've come to the right place. The coworking space has a total of about 10 workstations—just the right number to get to know each other better, network, and perhaps even create synergies?
On top of that, you're also in close proximity to Karl-Heine Strasse - during your lunch break, you'll be spoiled for choice between lively street food, nice cafés, or simply sushi from REWE around the corner.
By the way, westwork is a project by four friends who thought: we want to be part of the district! We'll also be using the workspaces there and will be there regularly—forget annoying landlords and unreachable service hotlines—we'll either be there or right around the corner, and we're really looking forward to getting to know you.
